• Outer layer:

  PET or BOPP, providing excellent printing surface, mechanical strength and wear resistance.

• Middle layer (barrier layer):

  AL (aluminum foil) or VMPET (aluminum-coated film) provides high barrier properties (oxygen barrier, moisture barrier, light protection); NY (nylon) provides good puncture resistance and toughness.

• Inner layer (heat sealing layer):

  PE or CPP, providing good heat sealing performance to ensure the firm sealing of the bag body's edge and pull tab areas.

Key point: Zipper or gusset usually gets firmly bonded to the inner material through heat pressing during the bag-making process.
